Spring has definitely popped her head up over the horizon! It feels as if she’s been particularly shy this year, emerging with gusto, only to retreat behind yet another flurry of strong winds, torrential rain or overnight freezing temperatures. I’m grateful for her endless efforts, and the joy that her blue skies, sunshine and Spring flowers are bringing to my day.
The next Lost Art of Simple Dying workshop will take place in person on Thursday 6 April. This workshop is for anyone who would like to understand a little more about the dying process and how to support it, whether for yourself or for people you love or work with. Topics include understanding why the topic of death is often unfamiliar, looking at the process from both medical and holistic perspectives, and finding the confidence to listen to our innate inner knowing, which can often help us make decisions when we’re able to trust it.
Please drop me a line here if you would like to join us and I’ll send you Registration and joining details. The workshop runs from 10am-4pm, light refreshments are included, and you’ll receive a beautiful booklet of reminders to take away with you.
